The Brazilian Fruits
The extraordinary biodiversity of Brazilian nature is reflected into the great variety of fruits from this country, all of which characterized by such intense and fascinating scents, aromas and colors that have turned Brazilians into quite demanding consumers of fruit. But it is nearly impossible to deliver soon enough to the large urban areas fresh fruits often coming from regions thousands of kilometers away. Thus fruits are processed into frozen pulp shortly after harvest near to their origin and only this pulp is sent to consumers.
Later, frozen fruit pulp gets to supermarkets, bars and kiosks all over Brazil and is used to make delicious juices (“sucos”) and smoothies. This way, the amazing taste and exceptional nutritional quality of Brazilian fruits are made available to everybody very conveniently.

We all know that fruits are quite healthy and we often feel like we do not eat enough of them. How can this be compatible with the hectics and constraints of modern life?
There are plenty of trustworthy scientific papers confirming that fruits’ nutritional value persists in the NFC (“not from concentrated”) frozen pulp...
