Preparation:
Put 1000 g of white base and the mascarpone cheese in a jug.
Separately, heat up to 50 degrees the remaining 1500 g of white base with milk, sucrose,
coconut pulp and coconut shavings.
Finally, unite the two blends, mix and cream.
